Why does Adobe Acrobat think my web link is a file?

Hello, has anyone had this problem? Adobe is trying to open a web link as a file. If I manually edit the link and add action "Open a web link", then it works correctly. But I have to repeat this action 30+ times...

I thought it used to work correctly.
