Why does microsoft print to pdf work better than acrobat? Hard to fathom why I'm paying for this.

cannot print docx!

I do get an error log, super helpful but wish I could use the software that used to make life easier not the today adobe garbage.

      Hi adobeblows,

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with Acrobat.

When creating a PDF from your Word file, please try using the Acrobat ribbon in MS Word. You can follow the steps outlined here: Convert other file formats to PDFs. See if that helps.

Additionally, could you please provide more details about what happens when you try to print to PDF using the Adobe PDF printer? Do you receive any error messages? If possible, sharing a video or a screenshot would greatly assist us in understanding the issue. Also, please let us know the version numbers of Acrobat and MS Word you are using.

Let us know if you have any questions or need help.

      Thanks,

      Meenakshi

How are you trying to create the PDF using Acrobat?

What program are you trying to create the PDF from?

What type of PDF are you trying to create (that is, what you are going to do with the PDF)?

Why not simply Save As a PDF directly from Word?

Or use the Acrobat ribbon tab?
