Why does this keep happening when I save an email as a PDF?

Everytime I save an email to PDF it saves like the attatched screenshot and i don't know how to fix it.

 

Please advise,

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

 

What workflow/steps are you following to create the PDF? It would be very helpful if you could record a short video of the steps and the issue occurring.

 

I have tried reproducing the issue at my end, and it's working as expected. Please try opening the email (double-click), going to the Acrobat Tab in the toolbar at the top, clicking on 'Convert to Adobe PDF,' and seeing if that works.

Due to the nature of our organization, I can't record my steps, but I can say that I hit file, save as Adobe PDF everytime and this is the result.  My collegue does the same thing but it saves correctly.

Hi there,

 

When you convert an Email to a PDF using Acrobat PDFMaker by either navigating to Adobe PDF> Selected Messages or Right-click any email and select Convert to Adobe PDF, the default output generated is PDF Portfolio.
