Why has Adobe products gotten to be impossible to install activate and use...I am switching my customers to sodapdf.

Computers that have licensed copies of Acrobat suddenly losing their activation, you go to reactivate, now you have to create an account then the product refuses to activate, and its a waste of time trying to get help from Adobe for anything. Enough already I'm switching all of my customers over to SodaPDF. I don't know who's responsible for this bit of bottom line BS, but making your product unusable and then providing no support is the surest way to decrease market share. I hope you all wake up before you go away, you have the best product on the market but if you continue on this road no one will care and will go with the company who's product they can use.

I am right there with you.  After installing the first time, each time I start a new session on my computer, nothing works.  I'm prompted to reinstall everything.  Even spent three hours with a support technician who went crazy installing, uninstalling, changing permissions on files and directories.  Finally got it to work. Then next day, it does not work any more. Now whenever I try to chat with support directly, I get the  "Thanks for your patience.  Representatives are currently helping other customers and we will be with you shortly." message hours on end.

I am almost at the end of the trial period and was planning on keeping it.  But this is a mess.  Now thinking I may have to cancel just to start fresh.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to reinstall Acrobat Pro DC on your machine. The description says that you have tried reinstalling, giving permissions and other troubleshooting steps.

Please create a test user  profile with full admin rights(Windows machine) or enable the Root account(Mac machine) and try installing the Acrobat Pro DC Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, 2017, XI, or X

I have checked the record with your current Adobe ID, but there is no Adobe product registered with your current Adobe ID, there are no subscription/volume license/perpetual order is placed or registered on your current Adobe ID.

Would you mind sharing more details on which Adobe ID the order was placed or registered and what is the error message you are getting while activating Acrobat?
