Why have some of my drawing tools become shaded and unusable? (i.e. comment cloud)

I have lost the function of the cloud, draw a polygon, and draw connected lines. I'm on Acrobat Pro xi. Up until my computer was replaced a couple months ago I used these tools all the time. Is there a setting I'm missing?

Try turning off the Touch-screen Preference to see if it corrects the issue. Edit > Preferences > General > Touch Mode > Never.

Thanks so much! It was on auto-detect. Changing to "never" gave me back the functionality.
