Why is a default Arial system font causing a conflict in Adobe Creative Cloud?

    What you are seeing is that the Arial font was trying to load though the Adobe fonts. (They have the “Microsoft” fonts available.) Windows already has Arial fonts installed as part as the base OS fonts, so the Creative Cloud app can’t install a duplicate. I suspect it probably available from Adobe for Mac users since every Windows computer already has it.

    I would remove the family. There is no need for it.
