Why is it impossible to create an customize my own shortcut ?

Question

I'm using version 2023.001.20174 | 64 bits on Windows. I don't get why other softwares such as Photoshop or Indesign have the possibility to do so when Adobe Acrobate Pro doesn't.

I searched a lot and I found no answer yet, could someone help ?

Would you mind sharing a bit more information about the issue you are experiencing?

Are you trying to create the a desktop shortcut in Adobe Acrobat? if yes, please go through the help page https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Wizard/shortcuts.html and see if that works.

Let us know if you are referring to something else.
