Hello,



The issues occurs when I try logging into Adobe Acrobat DC. It just started
happening last week and now it happens each time I try and sign in. The pop
up window wont go away when I press yes / no, it forces me to force close
the app. How do I find the version.

Hi @Rocco5EB7 ,

Please follow below steps to resolve the error:

- Create dword 'iAcroLoginType' = 5 (decimal) at below registry location:

'Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\FeatureLockDown

Please let us know if this resolves the issue.

- Share the steps that pop-ups the error message. 

- Share the current Acrobat and OS versions on the machine.

What were you trying to do?

 

The link provided shows  XML errors of what appears to be a file upload to arkoselabs.

 

If this is not the result of a malformed PDF that resulted from you developing an API for Acrobat, as mentioned by Radzar, what does this have anything to do with Acrobat?

 

Please describe what exactly were you working with.
