Why isnt my computer registering that i downloaded the application

If you're trying to edit a PDF, make sure you actually have Adobe Acrobat installed, not just the Chrome extension. The extension won't give you the same editing features as the desktop app.

If Acrobat is already installed, try opening the PDF directly in Acrobat instead of Chrome and check that you're signed in with the Adobe account you used to install it.

Could you please provide more details about what is happening? Are you unable to use the Acrobat application? If so, I recommend trying to reinstall the application by following these steps:

• Uninstall the application and run the cleaner tool from the following link: Acrobat Cleaner tool.

• Reboot the machine. 

• Install Adobe Acrobat from the following page: Install Acrobat.  

If you continue to experience issues, please share more information about the problem. A short video demonstrating what happens would be very helpful.
