Why this accessibility order tool NEVER work OK!!!

Hi, Can anybody help me understand why this reading order is NOT followed correctly by the Voice?If the order is one, why it speaks loud ANOHTER ORDER?? Thanks a lot for possible issues,Oliver

Please share the PDF where the issue occurs. We will then check what might be causing this behavior with the feature.

Could you please check if this happens with other PDFs or some particular ones? Also, share the Acrobat and OS version used on the machine. We will check and share the information with you.
