Why won't Adobe cancel my team plan?!

As soon as I go onto the Live Chat and say I want to cancel the auto-reneal, I'm told there is no such option. Immediately I am baffled. Adobe have the ability to store a company creidt card on file but not remove it or even cancel their own subscriptions essentially locking their customers in forever.

So I go onto Live Chat and request a cancellation....a specialist is required. And then the games start. I have to wait hours for a Specialist to arrive which doesn't even happen. Outrageously poor service and tactics. The company credit card is on file and needs to be removed. How do I cancel my Team Plan before the card is charged again. Simple question with I'd expect a simple answer.
