PDF in Japanese will not convert to Word doucument in Japanese

Hello Meenakshi. Thank you for your advice, very much appreciated It did not help as my Adobe is Adobe Acrobat 2017. This is a fully paid up item. Not on subscription. When I later contacted Adobe, answer was you must upgrade to a fully paid subscription. No help offered for my OLD software. Usual please pay more money. It does ok with an English document, I was just trying to help my wife, who is Japanese. So not worth it to me to upgrade.

Again Arigato. It is good to find unpaid advice these days.
