Will not upgrade my Adobe DC account for some reason...needed urgently for uni submission.
Why id this happening and how to fix it...?...I came on board using a Visa Debit/Credit card. and using the 7 day free trial. I bought the cheaper adobe DC...which should surely be functioning. It then seemed to need a password (Adobe??).The 7 day just expired and when I went to buy the later one to get my assignment finished I was offered an upgrade rather than dual purchase...however...it wll not upgrade my Adobe DC account for some reason...needed urgently for uni submission. It said contact customer support but I can't see any....well not Adobe....Can some one give me direct Adobe assistance ?...My Regards
