Question

Window Scaling is broken on my Adobe Acrobat Pro XI

Hi all, so I’ve got a scaling issue that doesn’t seem to be answered by any of the questions asked previously and the solutions they came up with haven’t worked. Basically, the UI looks like shit and is difficult to use. The icons are huge, but if I click on Fill and Sign, the letters are tiny. I’ve tried changing my General settings and page layout settings, but it just stays mixed and garbage looking. Is there any fix to just make this go back to the older version like they had previously? Or are we stuck with this poorly coded mess?

Window sizes crop if I’m using my system settings so I can’t hit “ok” or cancel.
Can’t use my scroll wheel on right side of preferences window, only the left side

Any fixes for these?

Thanks for the community and I appreciate all of your help on previous issues!

You are likely running Acrobat XI on an operating system it was never designed to run on. Its end of life was almost nine years ago, so it’s not surprising that you encounter display issues. There is likely not much you can do short of spinning up an old Windows version (I have several old versions of Acrobat running in virtual machines with matching os versions).

Oh that is it. My IT department just redid my acrobat on my work computer and of course they put me on the old one. I didn’t even check the version. Thank you so much.
