Question

windows 10, adobe acrobat dc, twain driver support issue?

I am using Windows 10, Adobe Acrobat DC and HP scanjet 5590.  Adobe behaves as if it's scanning but the pdf is a grey pdf document. Adobe Acrobat 11 Pro, no problem, captures the data just fine.  How can I fix this problem with Adobe Acrobat DC?  Is this a twain driver support problem? I can scan the document from the scanner software and save it as a pdf, pull it up in adobe and I get the same error.  Please help.

Hello,

Since the error, I uninstalled Adobe DC and have now reinstalled it. Ran a scan this morning and everything seems to be working now. I am on a subscription plan for two adobe products at 14.99 per month though and don’t know how to get this installation back to a licensed version. I am currently in trial mode. Can you help with that?

Thanks!

Please, sign-in with your Adobe ID. If still you are not on licensed version: open any pdf in Acrobat.

- open any pdf in Acrobat

- In bottom of LHP(left side of Acrobat), there will be an option of Activate

- Click it and enter the license number you have.

Please feel free to post your query.

Thanks.
