Windows 10 Keyboard/ Mouse issues after acrobat update

My Windows 10 PC stops communicating with keyboard and mouse after installing Acrobat X Update. I have to shut down Windows with the power button and use safe mode to reset to a previous system state to make keyboard and mouse work again. I have tried four times. What can I do?
