windows 11 default apps for pdf keeps reverting back to edge browser after a restart.

I set default apps for .pdf to adobe and after every reboot of windows 11 it is changed back to Microsoft edge browser.

I resolved the issue. We have a GPO set for the "set a default associations Configuration file.

Are you changing the default under the Settings>Apps>Default apps option or using the Always Open With menu?

This is a known Windows issue, but try repairing Acrobat (under Help menu).
