Hi,

I have a new PC, and my version of Adobe Pro is running really slow.

I have been scrolling through the community site and can't find a fix that works. I am seriously considering having my company switch to another PDF software.

Hi mattc54642843,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble caused.

As the application runs slowly, please try the troubleshooting steps suggested in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/461bA6j

You may also try reinstalling the application using the following steps:
-Remove the application and run the cleaner tool (https://adobe.ly/4ns7SIL).
-Reboot the machine
-Install Adobe Acrobat from the following page: https://adobe.ly/4phvstz.

If the issue still occurs, please collect the logs using the diagnostic tool and share the log ID. We will then check the logs.

Let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
