Withdraw document from e-signature

Question

I have send a doc to a client for signature. They printed and signed but are continually getting reminders to sign.Does anyone know how I can withdraw the e-sig request? Thank you

In this case, you can upload a copy of the document to complete the transaction. Refer to the steps suggested in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/4kxvqes.
