Witness receiving final document

'If I am sending out a document to be signed and then witnessed by another individual. Once the agreement is signed by all the signers, can I set it so the witness does not get sent the complete copy/cannot access it after signing.'

What process are you using to distribute the files?

Hi, thanks for responding. I am using the Request Signatures in Acrobat and then entering the 3 email address in sequence to send out the doc, to myself and then the recipient and witness.

I don't think that will cause the recipients to get a copy of the signed file by everyone else, but I'm not 100% sure about that. You can test it quite easily, though. Alternatively, you can just add regular signature fields and have each signatory send the signed file back to you, or to the next person who needs to sign it. You can also use a service like Adobe Sign to achieve it.
