Won't Convert to Word documents

Every time I try to convert a document to Word the following appears - an error occurred while signing in! But I have no problems signing into my account!!!!

Sorry for the delay in response.

Could you please share the screenshot of the error message you get when you try to export PDF.

Try once to sign out and relaunch the application.

Then sign-in again and try to export PDF.

In meantime, try to export PDF online here:https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf
