In Adobe Acrobat Professional, I have set my default setting for text in a text callout to be a helvetica, blue, centered, and bold. All come up correctly in the next text callout except the text isn't bold. What's going on?

Please let us know if this has started recently. If yes, could you please share the steps used here?
It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording showing what happens. Also, please share the machine's Acrobat and OS version numbers. We will get this checked.
