Question

Won't let me cancel my free trial

I have attempted multiple different avenues to cancel my free trial, however nothing is working.

When I go to plans I recieve an error message every time.

I have called 3 different numbers from this website and all 3 are inactive.

I tried chatting with the Adobe Virtual Assistant and it says "Service Unavailable" once my message sends.

This is the last day before getting charged.

I see that this is an ongoing issue for many users, and that is very frustrating to learn; I would not have signed up if I had known this previously.

If anyone can assist me with this issue I would greatly appreciate it.

I am sorry, Radiant_Smile, but the abilityto manage your commitment to Adobe, and other services, are currently unavailable due to a current outage of Amazon Web Services. Please view and bookmark https://adobe.ly/4huP0Hh to keep up to date on the impact of the AWS outage to Adobe Services. Please try again once services have been restored. ^JW

I understand the system was having issues, I would still like to cancel my subscription but want to ensure I will get a full refund due to this being out of my control. After checking on the Adobe System Status link you sent above, I see the issues are far less than before so I am now able to access my plans, however I have already been charged on October 21st.

Is there a way for me to message an agent directly if I cancel and it does not automatically give me a refund? Because I see that there are others who have made posts about canceling during their trial period and nothing ever came back to them, even after waiting 10 days.

Thank you very much for your response and assistance, I would just like to get this figured out as swiftly as possible 🙂
