We're having similar issues.

We have paid Adobe nearly £3,000 this year so it's quite frustrating to be charged that much and not be able to use the facilities.

It would be great if there was a human I could speak with to help sort this out.

Does any one know if there's a tel line for business mutiple account holders?

Amal.

Hi there

We are sorry to hear that. Please go thrugh the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html and see if that works for you.

Hi BeckB

hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As decribed you are unable to open the PDF and getting the message to purchase the product.

Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive please download it to your computer first and then try to open  it and check.

Please share the version of the OS and the Acrobat DC you are using. Also a screenshot of the error message would be very helpful to understand the issue better.

We are here for help, just need more info.

Regards

Amal

Hi Amal,

It occurs with every pdf I have on my computer. First it asks me to sign in and then it wants me pay or start a free trial.

Thanks,

Beck
