wont open 2 documents

Question

Suddenly double-clicking on another PDF whilst one is open won't work. Another day another bug.

If I do this:
Preferences \ Security (Enhanced) \ Sandbox Protections - Disable 'Enable protected mode at startup'.

Then it will open, but only if I repeatedly click on the 2nd pdf, double clicking still does not work

Opening documents is kinda pretty fundamental functionality, hey? It's a bit facepalmy that I'm having to write this

Hi @getho,

Sorry for the delayed response. Following up to check if the issue is fixed or still reproducible.

I tried reproducing this issue on our end, but the problem is not reproducible. Are those files located on a Shared drive or Network drive? If yes, you may go to preference again and add that Folder path or network path under a privileged location. Re-launch Acrobat and let us know if that works.
