Word document to PDF White SCreen

Hello! When converting a word document to a PDF the Word document goes blank.  Any thoughts attempted a reinstall of both product.s

    Hello,

    I have this exact same issue which I have created a support ticket with Adobe. This has started after their emergancy update on Sept 13th version 23.006.20320 on Windows 10 22H2. 

    Any idea when an update will be rolled out to fix this?

    Would you mind elaborating a bit more about the issue you ar experiencing? A small video recording of the same would be very helpful for us to identify and isolate the issue.

    Hi there

     

    Would you mind sharing the version of the Acrobat and the OS you are using? Also, a small video recording of the issue would be very helpful.

    Please check for any missing/pending updates for the MS Office and try updating it and see if that works.

    Is this an issue with a specific Word file or with all the Word files? Please try with a different file and check.

     

    What is the workflow/steps you are doing to convert the Word file to PDF?  For information about creating the PDF via Adobe Acrobat, please go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/creating-simple-pdfs-acrobat.html and see if that works.

    Hello! This is happening with all word documents. Then after they go blank I have to reopen all my word documents in order for them to work correctly.
