Wrong Email Adress when requesting signature

HI,

 

I changed my email adress and deleted the old one on the Adobe account a few years ago.

when i request signatures, the old email adress apears in the Email that goes to de signer.

I don't recieve the confimation Email since it gets sent to the old adress.

There is no way i can change the settings since i deleted the adress in the adobe account.

 

what can i do?

Hi,

Can you confirm the steps you take to 'request signatures' this might help us find out where to change the email address.

Also, check View > Preferences > Email Accounts
