Without telling us the code, what does it actually say it is? Does it use the exact words "download code"?

Presumably this is for Acrobat Pro for Windows - but is it subscription or permanent license?

When I attempted to get on the website, it worked this morning.  Thanks so much!

But to answer your questions in case other people have this problem.  On the card I have it says to use the redemption code to get a serial number.  Also, this is for Windows and it is a license.

Yes I understand that page doesn't work. What was wrong with the link I posted? Please be specific so that we can try to be more helpful. Or don't, and contact Adobe instead ... !

Thanks for your help. I made a new acct with my school e-mail so I am writing on this acct.  The redemption code on the site you told me doesn't match the amount of numbers I have on the card I received in the mail.  Due to that, it didn't allow me to continue on the page.
