X box instead of text

Question

Hi, My Text keeps on eneding up Blank Boxes Like Adobe reader cannot read the font tho if i change the font it fixes it tho only temporarily by the time ive written some more i go back and the whole document is replaced with x boxes again, its a waste of time. i dont see how something so simple as text staying the same as when you left it is not possible when your charging so much for the software. also theres no updates that i can do.

Hope you are dong well and sorry to hear that. As described you get the corss mark in the box when adding/editing the PDF.

It appears to be the font issue. Either the font is not properly embedded into the PDF file at the time of creation or the required font is not available on your system or it can be due to lack of permission to use the required font.

Please go to Edit (Win), Adobe Acrobat (Mac) > Preferences > Page Display > Under rendering, Select 'Use local font' > Click OK and reboot the computer.
