xfa buton error

Hello, I left the download link below. When we click on the arrow sign in the "country or territory" section of the xfa file, the list of countries should appear, but the country options do not appear. I cannot fill out the form, what is the problem?

Hello, when we click on the arrow sign in the "country or territory" section of the xfa file I have highlighted in the image below, a list of countries should appear, but the country options do not appear. I cannot fill out the form, what is the problem? I am using the latest version
