Juat signed up for the 7 day free trial of Acrobat Pro DC ... it says i'm good to go but it still pushes me back into the 7 Day trial and will not let me edit the PDF ... can't get out of the loop. I've downloaded and installed 3 times. Any idea brfore I cancel this trial
Looking at the warning could you possibly have downloaded this under a different account name?
This type of issue, account issues, can only be resolved by calling Adobe Customer Support.
They are available Monday through Friday at +1 800-833-6687. When you call them I do suggest you ask if you can be given an extra day due to the complications you are currently having. Good luck!!
