I have received thesubject message using E-sign on Adobe Acrobat Pro.  I am the administrator of the Adobe account.

I had the same issue and the support chat was no help.  I figured it out though.  You need to go to the admin console and click on products.  Click on acrobat.  Then next to the user names, you have to change it from user to Acrobat sign account and privacy admin.  you will then get an email that you have to accept the invitation.  It should work from there.
