You owe me money and I can't get a hold of you in any way!

In our business relationship, a lot has gone wrong. I was sold an upgrade that I did not want, and as a result of canceling this order, you still owe me a refund for the price difference. Since I canceled all of my subscriptions due to the extremely poor service, I no longer have any way to contact you. I expect you to contact me. Ideally, you should open a support ticket for me so that I can provide you with the necessary information and you can refund the outstanding amount.

It's impossible to contact you. The AI chat opens and when I request to talk to a support agent it says that I need an active subscription. Which I obviously don't have anymore. I don't see any email addresses, phone numbers or a form where I can submit a ticket. How does this work?????

You will need to use a different device to contact us, Knowledgeable_Panther. The settings on the current device are blocking you from reaching us, since I see no interactions from December.

I am using the same device. And I don't understand what changes where to make. Security Software?? When I try via my phone it doesn't open the chat window.
