In our business relationship, a lot has gone wrong. I was sold an upgrade that I did not want, and as a result of canceling this order, you still owe me a refund for the price difference. Since I canceled all of my subscriptions due to the extremely poor service, I no longer have any way to contact you. I expect you to contact me. Ideally, you should open a support ticket for me so that I can provide you with the necessary information and you can refund the outstanding amount.
