I recently sent this to the Apple App Store requesting a refund and posted it to the App Store reviews. --- Dear Apple: I'd like to request a full refund for this APP. I downloaded it and just got around to using it. 1) All of my PDF's on my New MacBook Pro HD will not open. Their icon is not bright, but hazy. 2) PDF Expert has ZERO customer support. (I actually just found this support page after hours of searching and trying to fix this issues). So there is literally no one to ask how to resolve. 3) The Product is PDF Expert VER: 2.4.24 (6170) 4) The only thing I found in preferences was: --- PDF Expert opens with: (select) Windows according to system settings. 5) I DOWNLOADED WHAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE A MAC VERSION. What is this doing APP doing on the MAC App Store if it is a WINDOWS PRODUCT and how to I UNINSTALL this APP from my New MacBook Pro. David Sauers -- Sauers Media Group, LLC

You may have thought you were buying Adobe Acrobat. You weren’t, it was another product made by another company. This is rather like complaining to Mercedes about problems with a new Ford.

Thank you for all these answers. Yes... it came to me finally after hours of ZERO HELP or RESPONSE FROM ADOBE regarding a PDF program. That this is in fact a 3rd party software... which by the way APPLE failed to disclose either. In any event I found this out on my own and all of your amazing responses just help confirm what I now know. If there's a way to delete this thread please do or just let it ride. Peace.

I literally read up up on how to UNINSTALL PDF EXPERT.  So I did as instructed.  I then went back to my PDF's.  ALL the PDF's icons look as they should and THEY ALL OPEN.  My request for a full refund of $79.99 stands. Thank you for your "Zero" Support Adobe.

Adobe doesn't sell PDF Expert. PDF Expert is sold and supported by Readdle https://pdfexpert.com/help/
