Adobe Affiliate Program Mess

Question

We want to setup an affiliate link for Adobe Express.

At one time we signed up to be an affiliate. We currently have logins for both Partnerize and TradeDoubler.

Which one is the current platform? Anyone know?

TradeDoubler's dashboard for programs and campaigns is totally blank. WE have a Payoneer account associated with TradeDoubler for payouts. Partnerize shows some Adobe campaigns but you can't click on them or do anything with them.

When you chat with Adobe they don't even know they have an affiliate program and just tell you to email adobeaffiliates@arvato.com BUT that is associated with the TradeDoubler platform which seems to be defunct.

If you go to https://www.adobe.com/affiliates.html it asks you to sign up through Partnerize which I already have an account but can't get any support for.

I can't be the only one with this nightmare. Thanks.

Partnerize has responded to support emails but much of what I need help with is from Adobe about what current campaigns and comissions are. The Partnerize dashboard lists adobepartners@partnerizemanagement.com as the contact but NO ONE replies to that email. And again when I chated with Adobe Support they didn't know what an affiliate prorgam was in general or that Adobe had one. Transfer after transfer and a promised followup that hasn't happened.

So you literally can not get critical information about your affiliate stuff from Adobe.
