Hi,
I need support to resolve a situation regarding a Credential, I completed the "Adobe Content Creator Professional Certificate" on Coursera, and I don't receive my Credly badge, I contact Coursera Support and Credly Support, and my response is:

"Thank you for responding and providing those details. This is Riri and I'll be here to assist you further. Upon checking, I was able to confirm that the Adobe Content Creator Professional Certificate badge is managed and issued by Adobe, not Coursera. You may also check out the badge's Earning Criteria to confirm the conditions for the badge to be issued. On this matter, I highly recommend you reach out to Adobe Customer Support for the issuance of your badge."

LINK MY PROFILE ON COURSERA: https://www.coursera.org/learner/giadoneit

this is the link to my coursera profile, which shows the completion of my certification course.

I have completed but i don't receive my badge, and receive this response for my case.
for enter on contact with Adobe Support.

  • I contacted support staff via chat, who redirected me to the community. I need to know how to resolve this situation, I just want to issue my badge. And so far I'm just being directed from one side to the other.

Adobe employees don't visit this user-to-user community.

Coursera is privately owned & operated -- a separate company from Adobe.

This Adobe product user-to-user-community has nothing to do with Coursera or other Learning Centers.

Adobe Customer Support is for assisting Adobe customers with product activations, billing/account matters and technical help with supported Adobe products.

Who gave you this "Community Expert " title? You're community nothing at all, they should remove you this title/position. I saw some issues from users and they was solved by an "employee" who have more merit than you ad should get a raise. What's these manners? While this employee is here trying to help you're here providing false information and hate, you should be fired

just because you don't like an answer doesn't make it incorrect or improper.  and heed https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/adobe-community-guidelines/td-p/4788157
