Adobe programs available for one-time fee

I've been seeing posts on Facebook that show several "companies" that offer Photoshop and Illustrator for one-time fees. They also include program updates when they happen. Legit?

      Nearly all programs are subscription based now. 

       

      The only exception is the Elements series and a quite old Acrobat version.

       

      Anything else is scam. The software is illegal, will probably work for a moment or not and if it works will cease operation severel months into the sale. In all cases, you will have given away your credit card data.
