all my title styles below the title box have disappeared. I have downloaded and have all of them but they don't show up in the title source monitor.

all my title styles below the title box have disappeared. I have downloaded and have all of them but they don't show up in the title source monitor. Also I can not change the color of the font.  I can highlight the letters, go to properties> checkfill, pick a different color but the font will not change to the color I pick.  I've tried to make a new title and it still didn't work.
