Can't sign up for Adobe Affiliate Program

I've been having a problem where whenever I try and create an Adobe Affiliate account by clicking the apply now button on the Adobe website, it first takes me to the tradedoubler sign up page but then instantly redirects me to a sign in page. I hav tried everything I can think of. Different devices, incognito browser, clearing cookies, nothing seems to work. Does anyone know how to fix this?

The Affiliate application form is not managed by Adobe. It's handled by a 3rd party called Partnerize.

I thought it was handled by trade doubler. Did it change? Do you think that's why i'm getting redirected?
