Can you help me find Environmental Sign Graphics Designers

Deb Romain Consulting LLC is a 10 year signage/branding/environmental graphics boutique firm. We are looking for someone to assist with environmental graphic design and possibly some project management. We need that candidate to be well versed in Adobe Illustrator. Since this is such a niche market, finding the right candidates have been challenging. Do you have any recommendations on where to search outside of the standard (SEDG, Indeed, LinkedIn and the design schools)? I appreciate your help!
