How do I obatin my certification for an Adobe class i took?

Where did you take the course and exam?

Assuming the exam was administred by an Adobe certified training center, that's who you must contact.

adobe certification is for passing an exam, Become an Adobe Certified Professional

if you want something showing you took a class, contact whoever offered the class.

I completed the Design Your Creative Class for our professional development and at the end of the course, it stated that I would recieve a course badge and an email link to download my course certificate. I have not recieved either and I completed the course on July 8th. Are you able to help me?
