Change first name in Examity?

Can anyone PLEASE help direct me to a solution for changing your first name in Examity? I've emailed them and they've said to contact adobe directly which has been way more of a hassle than I thought it'd be. I would like to take a certifcation test, but my account was created using a nickname for some reason and it's been a pain trying to figure out how to fix this... should I just make a new account at this point? Lol, thanks.
