Convert to Excel?

I purchased the Convert to Excel package and now when I click convert it opens my browser to by the full pack, how do I work  with this

    You've accidentally posted in the forum Lounge. The Lounge is for people who use ALL of Adobe's software (like Muse, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Marketing Cloud, Document Cloud, etc., etc., etc.) to just hang out. This is not a support forum.
