Disaster Relief - who gets your money?

The recent catastrophic hurricanes/cyclones, flooding & earthquakes are a clear reminder that we must all help support relief efforts.   Millions of people are in dire straights right now without food, shelter, clean water, power and other basic necessities. 

The burning question is which relief efforts, charities and NPOs get your donations and why?  Please feel free to post URLs.

I'll get things rolling.  I like Catholic Charities because 100% of what they collect goes to the relief effort.
