I always get this with a full hard drive.

It could also mean your disk is slipping, it needs to be defragmented or it's starting to fail.  Run some system diagnostics like the Windows check disk utility.

It probably means the action you were trying to take is trying to do something that isn't going to work.

What did you do in that software to get that message?

What was the exact text of that message?
