I have just bought a new iPad Air. When I try to open download a pdf of mylatwrst statement from Orange et Moi I get the message attached . On my old iPad Pro I can do this but not on the new iPad.
How can I overcome this?
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat as recommended in the community.
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
I have spent an hour on the Orange Cheatline and spoken to their technical support. They say it's a problem with my new iPad. I tried changing to the paid version of Acrobat ( 7 day free trial) but that didn't help either.
I have attached the message I get when I check the Telecharger PDF button
the problem is only on my new iPad Air and doesn't happen with the old (2017) iPad Pro or my Samsung phone. Both these download the bill perfectly.
