Emergency- Used wrong email to register for job application

Hi,

I accidentally used a wrong email address to apply for job via Workday. This email ID does not belong to me and thus I do not have access to it. I'm also concerned that the other person now have access to all of my confidential ID info on my job applications. I registed again with my correct email ID but also could not submit the job application again because 1)one of the job has expired; 2) The systems says I have already applied to this job because the name and all other info are the same so I can not apply to the open job I want to apply to either. Can this be corrected? Can I get my application records migrated to my own, correct email ID? What should I do with all of my personal information?

I have chat with online help and got connected to individual subscription department but they said they don't have access to the related info and thus could not help. This is urgent, please help.
