Faced issue in Expert Exam

Hi,
I faced issue when i was appeared in exam. System does not showing any screen or option to submit the flaged marked question. Even with the same problem examiner also agreed on it. Please suggest solution - the exam is submitted without review flagged question. Please review the recorder session and look into this matter.

Please help me the adobe certification team.
