Google Chrome was Hacked! ~ Internet Explorer Says Goodbye Forever

It's unclear how many users may have had their data compromised.

  • Google announced Chrome was successfully hacked, revealing 30 security flaws.
  • Seven of those flaws are considered 'high' risk to users and affects Windows, macOS, and Linux.
  • The browser will automatically update within a few days and users can manually update it now if wanted.

    Considering the ever-expanding digital landscape, it is vital that tech pioneers like Google must work more actively toward user data protection. I believe the situation possibly arise out of recent updates of the software that may have been pushed forward without proper testing.  

    In short, a greater focus of C-level executives is required on testing when aiming to create better digital journeys for the world.
