Hackathon inspiration needed!

I'm participating in my first hackathon in two weeks and I need some inspirational ideas for building an innovative and effective adult learning solution. I don't know the theme yet, so I'm looking for general ideas.

Constraints:

  • 3 hours development time
  • Available software: Captivate 7 and 9, Photoshop Elements, MS Office
  • Publish to desktop

I assume this is a joke but I'd ask for better software for Hackathon
